Had a really good stay on a long road trip, glad I've chosen it. the breakfast was nice and hot, offering plenty of options. Generally, everything was first-class. the whole staff was extremely helpful :).

good and absolutely perfect location close to the phoenix zoo and zoo lights attraction, and the stores, restaurants, a nice park, and private parking.

Booked a room with microwave and fridge. I had coffee/tea making facilities and a refrigerator.

This place was super clean and looked great. the staff was responsive and seemed to have put together a fantastic team who really understands what hospitality is all about. 👍.

The king room we stayed in were quiet and nice styled with a fridge. The hotel was in a central location in adjacent shopping center. Further, it was next to the baseball fields and Salt River areas...

Really nice experience there. Staff were amiable, atmosphere was family, it had unbeatable location just next door to restaurants and shopping, cafeteria and the cinema. All the staff were accommodating. I had cool family room with bedroom, microwave and comfy beds.

The breakfast had a great variety with yogurt and fresh fruit, and the location in the valley was fantastic.

The hotel was great, and spacious. there is a convenience of a few shopping plazas nearby, but no sounds, it was quiet and enjoyable. I loved it!

the hotel was very comfortable, good breakfast daily, easy to get to, lots to do around the hotel, front desk was friendly and helpful.

the rooms were not cleaned the way i would expect at a hyatt, had to get front desk the first 3 days to get them to clean our room, we didn't call down till after 3pm each day, also would love to have a whirlpool or hot tub, thought they had one but it was only a waterfall, kind of expect the hyatts to have everything

great location, nearly new and everything that one would require was in the room, helpful staff, great free breakfast and free internet, clean beautiful rooms, easy access to restaurants and shopping.

The room was great! Very clean and comfortable. Nice location.

The breakfast was suppose to run until 10am but on one of my mornings the staff was cleaning by 930am.

This venue offers a fantastic location close to shopping areas and by Salt River.

Great layout of rooms, modern and clean rooms, great location, and excellent business services...

Breakfast service not quite as good as other Hyatt Place....coffee was not good.
